Which tools does each provider give you?
Some people want to click through a website; some want a terminal; a developer wants an SDK; an AI agent needs an API it can call, ideally an MCP server. This table counts which of those ten ways each provider documents.
Short answer: Daytona documents the most, 10 of 10. Only 8 of the 27 providers publish a full MCP server. 10 of the 10 plain servers (VPS) have a dashboard, SSH and an HTTP API, but none fully let code run commands or move files without SSH (2 with a catch).
Every provider, most tools first
A filled mark is yes, a half mark is yes with a catch, an empty one is no, a dashed one is not published. Each mark links to the evidence.

More is not better for everyone. Someone who will never write code needs the first two columns and nothing else; an agent builder needs the last three. "Has" counts full yeses, and "+" counts tools that come with a catch, which each provider page spells out.
Every mark comes from the provider's own documentation. Nobody here signed up and timed how easy each dashboard is, so this measures what exists, not what is pleasant. Each provider page has a Using it without writing code section on the dashboard and signup.
